My experience in the mortgage lending business dates back to 1984 when interest rates were 14%!  Yes, you heard me right.  I know what you're thinking......."she must've been 12 years old".  Well, I said we are "stress-free" around here.  Stress ages one doesn't it?  We don't like stress.  I spent 14 years learning to properly process and underwrite mortgage loans for loan officers who relied on my skills to make them look good to their customers.  Then, one fine day, I decided I could do what they did and do it better!  That was 10 years ago.  Since then I've honed my skills by being certified by the Certified Mortgage Planning Specialist Institute  and attending Best Selling Author Douglas Andrews TEAM Training to implement his Missed Fortune strategies with my clients.  Wow, what a difference these two training courses have made to my clients.
